For all appointments a £25 cancellation fee applies. We require your card and address details to confirm these bookings. No money will be debited from your account unless less than 72 hours notice is given.
A non refundable initial payment of 60% must be paid to Froufrou when placing an order for your chosen gown.
The remaining balance must be paid in full to Froufrou on shipment of your gown, and before any alterations can take place.
All dresses are made to order. There may be colour or shade variations of the fabric. Samples are for reference only.
Dresses that have beading or embroidery may vary in the amount of beading / embroidery from that of the sample.
Cost of alterations are not included in the price of the dress.
Fittings are NO LONGER available at Froufrou Bridal Boutique.
We can not be held responsible for any alteration work undertaken by a third party.
A made to measure service is available on certain gowns at an extra charge.
As all products stocked by Froufrou are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on cancelled items.
Froufrou can not be held responsible for a dress not fitting correctly due to fluctuations in weight, body size and/or changes in body shape of the person the dress is required for.
On cancelling an order, any balance remaining must be paid in full to Froufrou Bridal Boutique.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, on all items the designer may wish to change/alter the design/fabric and or materials used.
All sample sale dresses are sold as seen and must be paid for in full at time of purchasing. Any flaws will be highlighted at time of purchase and are reflected in the discounted price. We can not offer refunds or exchanges on sample gowns.
If cleaning is requested, again we cannot be held responsible for any changes this may have on the gown and any work undertaken by a third party.
All accessories must be paid for in full when placing an order.
